So what is it?

GapSi is a sales coaching tool that runs inside Claude Code as a skill. Once installed, you paste in a transcript from a B2B sales call and it produces a structured analysis: which moments went wrong, what questions were missed, and a complete script for the next call built from the prospect's own words and stated numbers. If you don't have a transcript, a two-sentence debrief of the call produces the same output. The tool is built around what the README calls the Loss Aversion Gap Framework, grounded in behavioral economics research. The core argument is that deals fail not because the price is wrong but because the seller never made the cost of doing nothing visible to the buyer. The framework follows five steps: anchor the prospect's stated goal, quantify where they currently are, have the prospect calculate the gap themselves rather than the rep stating it, surface the cost of inaction from multiple angles, and only then position the offer as loss prevention rather than spending. Each analysis identifies which of those five steps collapsed in the call, flags the type of problem with a named label such as "GAP NOT OWNED" or "INACTION INVISIBLE," and writes specific questions and scripts to address it for the next conversation. The tool tracks each prospect in a per-deal file stored on your machine that holds stated goals, a decision-maker map, an admissions log, and a close-readiness checklist. This memory persists across sessions. The tool has eight operating modes covering full transcript analysis, quick two-sentence debrief, objection diagnosis, script generation, and deal review, among others. Every full analysis ends with an offer to export a formatted Word document. The README is detailed, covering the behavioral economics studies behind each technique, a worked example tracing one deal from first call to close, and guidance on daily workflow integration. The full README is longer than what was shown.
