So what is it?

HTML Anything is a local AI-powered editor that takes your written content and turns it into polished HTML documents, no manual coding required. Instead of writing HTML by hand, you describe what you want to your AI coding agent (such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, or several others), and the agent uses one of 75 built-in skill templates to generate a finished HTML file. The output is designed to look great as a real human-readable document: magazine-style articles, presentation decks, posters, resume layouts, social media cards, data reports, and more. The app runs locally on your computer and requires no API key, it reuses the AI coding agent you already have installed and logged in. Eight different coding agent command-line tools are automatically detected on your system, so you can use whichever you already have. Once the HTML is generated, you can preview it in a sandboxed (isolated) window and export it with one click to platforms like WeChat, X (formerly Twitter), and Zhihu, or download it as an HTML file or PNG image. The 9 supported output types, called "surfaces", include keynote-style decks, magazine articles, tweet cards, Xiaohongshu social cards, web prototypes, and animated video frames. This is useful for content creators, designers, and product people who want high-quality visual documents generated from their notes or drafts without needing to know HTML or design software. The full README is longer than what was provided.
