What is bloatynosy?

Bloatynosy is a Windows utility that removes unwanted software, features, and settings that come pre-installed with Windows 11. The goal is to give users a cleaner, less cluttered system after a fresh Windows install, by letting them turn off or remove things they did not ask for and did not choose. It runs as a standalone .exe file with no installation step required. The project is a revival of an older tool by the same author, which had been discontinued after going through several name changes and an ill-fated web-based version. The author decided to bring it back after seeing it was still being searched for and downloaded years later. The reborn version carries the label "Nue" as a play on the word "new," picks up where version 0.85 of the original left off, and updates the interface while keeping the overall package small and straightforward to use. The design philosophy is intentionally minimal. There is no web dependency, no AI integration, and no Copilot features. The README describes it as a simple .exe that anyone can understand, doing exactly what bothers people after a fresh Windows 11 install, with nothing extra layered on top. It works primarily on Windows 11 but also runs on Windows 10, though some of the settings may not apply on the older operating system.
