Obsidian is a popular note-taking app that stores everything as plain text Markdown files. The tool interviews you, imports your existing documents, and builds a personalized workspace that AI agents can understand and work with right away. The core problem the project addresses is repetition. Most AI assistants start every conversation with no memory of who you are, what you do, or how your projects are organized. You spend time re-explaining yourself each session. This tool solves that by building a permanent knowledge base once, so AI can reference long-term context instead of starting from scratch every time. The process works in three steps. First, it creates a folder structure with sections for context, projects, daily notes, resources, skills, and intelligence. Second, it guides you through onboarding across twelve structured categories, including your work, business, customers, brand, projects, technology, and goals. You can answer by writing freely, uploading documents, sharing URLs, or importing existing notes. Third, it analyzes what you provided and generates documentation. It only creates files with real information, so there are no empty placeholder templates. The tool is built for Claude Code but works with any AI agent that reads Markdown. Since everything is stored as plain text, the generated vault is compatible with most modern language models. The project stores all files locally on your machine, avoiding dependence on any single company's platform. The roadmap includes plans for multi-language onboarding, team support, plugin integrations, and a system for upgrading existing vaults.
